Design-build is a hot item in the building industry today and Kelly Electric is setup to stay in step with you. These projects are designed in house by trained professionals using AutoCAD software. We can also provide these drawings with an engineer stamp and signature should local building officials require it for a building permit. Below are some of the items we include with every design/build project:
- Complete set of electrical drawings in AutoCAD format
- Fire alarm design
- Lighting calculations for areas where the correct light level is critical
- International Energy Code compliance analysis
- Electrical load calculations
- Breaker coordination study (as required)
- Fixture booklet indicating the fixtures selected for the project
Telecommunications:
As a design professional, your clients and owners are expecting you to plan for their facility’s telecommunications space needs. Anticipating those requirements for technology of today and tomorrow can be a difficult task. Kelly Electric can assist you in planning for these infrastructure space needs by:
- Working along side you and your client to identify the business infrastructure space needs and develop a telecommunications strategic infrastructure plan
- Incorporating items from the strategic infrastructure plan into physical locations of equipment rooms, pathway routes and outlet locations
- Voice, data and wireless network cabling infrastructure design
- Fiber optic backbone & distribution design
- Internet Protocol telephony (VoIP) ready cabling design
- Production of working construction drawings with a BICSI certified RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) stamp for incorporation into the final construction drawings
