Stoneridge Apartments - Phase 1
The Stoneridge Apartment project was the first of two phases designed on the north end of Kearney. Kelly Electric was hired as the electrical contractor for phase 1 which included 80 apartment units spread out over 5 buildings. The units range from single bedroom to 3 bedroom. As one of the few local trades contracted for this project we were required to adhere to a tight in and out schedule developed by the general contractor.
