Project Manager/Estimator

• The ability to read and understand construction schedules and have basic scheduling knowledge
  
• The ability to read and understand all construction documents, submittals and shop drawings
  
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, NEC and electrical construction
  
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  
• Understand project budgets and job costing
  
• Ability to perform take-offs and estimates from electrical drawings
  
• Use of Estimation (Logistics) estimating program is a plus
  
• Understand electrical estimates and be able to determine productivity from the estimate
  
• Effective organization skills including the ability to plan and prioritize work
  
• 5 years of project management experience in the electrical trade including: estimating, contract procurement, customer interaction, job-cost tracking, project scheduling and change order pricing
  
• A journeyman electrical license
  
• Proven success as a project manager
  
• Quality focus and attention to detail, emphasizing excellence
