Must have:
- The ability to read and understand construction schedules and have basic scheduling knowledge
- The ability to read and understand all construction documents, submittals and shop drawings
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, NEC and electrical construction
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Understand project budgets and job costing
- Ability to perform take-offs and estimates from electrical drawings
- Use of Estimation (Logistics) estimating program is a plus
- Understand electrical estimates and be able to determine productivity from the estimate
- Effective organization skills including the ability to plan and prioritize work
- 5 years of project management experience in the electrical trade including: estimating, contract procurement, customer interaction, job-cost tracking, project scheduling and change order pricing
- A journeyman electrical license
- Proven success as a project manager
- Quality focus and attention to detail, emphasizing excellence
